The Schnitzelbank Mobile Catering Unit (MCU) is a totally self-contained 'Kitchen on Wheels' and meets the high standards set by the Indiana State Board of Health and County Board of Health.
We are well known for creating quality, award winning entree's. Special attention is given to presentation. Everyone knows that the more beautiful the presentation the more memorable the event.
Our chefs take special pains to make sure the
presentation of their entree's are 'just right' for your event.
The Mobile Catering Unit is equipped to cater any event of from 20 to 20,000 guests.
The 'Schnitz' can provide the ultimate in catering service. Banquet
rooms are available at either the beautiful Sleep Inn, Jasper or the brand new, elegant,
Hampton Inn, Jasper.
