Corporate Catering

Schnitzelbank Catering offers a variety of corporate catering options and we would love to cater your next event. Your group size is no concern to us, as we work with groups from smaller to large. Our catering specialists will discuss your event in full detail to determine the best catering service solution we offer.

Our catering events can be booked with either limited notice or advanced notice. We will do our best to accommodate your business needs. We recommend reserving your event day as soon as you know a date, even if you are unsure of the menu.

We have our full menu available for ordering. We also offer the ability to customize a menu where you will work with our team to find a meal solution that exceeds your expectations. Should you also require a bar service, we offer beer, wine, and a full bar package.

Catering Services

Pick-up Service
Our pick-up catering service gives you the ability to order from our full menu with no additional fees. We offer bulk meat, bulk sides, and more with no minimum or maximum. You will have the option to pick up your food hot or warm. When working with your catering specialist, they will review the portions of our food relative to the number of guests you are feeding and schedule your pick-up date and time. Please note that with this option, you will need to keep your food warm or cold yourself.
Drop-off Service
Our drop-off catering service is recommended for parties up to 50. Your food will be served in disposable pans. We provide disposable plates, silverware, and serving utensils and will set up the line however you prefer. Our catering associate will work with your team to ensure everything is in order before they leave. If you have any special requests, let your catering specialist know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate. Travel fees may apply.
Delivery Service
Delivery catering provides a full-service experience with your food delivered in Cambros in our Schnitzelbank van. We will set up a buffet line with chafing dishes to keep food hot and have a catering specialist on-site to refill food and drinks as needed. Leftover food can be packaged upon request. You will work with a catering specialist when booking to accommodate any special requests. Additional service fees and travel fees may apply.
Truck Service - Hot on the Spot!
"Hot on the Spot!" is exactly what it sounds like. We have 4 mobile kitchens, allowing us to go nearly anywhere and cater for nearly any size event. This option is recommended for parties over 75. Our catering team will set up a full buffet line with tablecloths, chafers, sternos, and a menu. We cook on-site, replenish your buffet line and drinks as needed, package any leftovers if requested, and tear down the line. Service fees and travel fees apply and are subject to change. Boxed meals are subject to a service charge.
